LIME Summer Leadership programme: Inspiring a new generation of leaders

One of Jamaica's leading telecommunications brand, LIME, saw it fit to hone in on Jamaica's future leaders and invest in them by having a two-day workshop with young adults, some making the transition from 5th form to 6th, others from high school to college. Gary Sinclair, managing director of LIME and Chris Dehring, chairman of LIME, shared their time as they gave some inspirational tips on how to be successful leaders and innovators in their respective fields. Gary Sinclair reminded those present to not to "buy into all the bad that people say about you ... and neither all the good." He quoted his fellow colleague Chris Dehring, saying not to get "high off your own supply." Chris Dehring followed up and encouraged our young leaders to find something about them and exploit it, as finding something that you love will only make you better and more successful.
