Youthlink
(YL): Do you see yourself reading the Youthlink
10 years from now?
MD:
No, because I don't think I'll have time.
I'll be busy training or focusing on my
profession at that time of my life.
YL:
What can you get from your Youthlink?
MD:
Well, I can learn lyrics to songs; get some
extra help with schoolwork, from the CXC
section, get tips on dating and the latest
entertainment info.

YL: What would you like to see in the
next issue of the Youthlink?
CB:
Hold on, I really have to think about this
one ... What about jokes? Not corny jokes,
good jokes. They could be Jamaican jokes,
but I think I'd like to see some jokes.
YL:
Do you prefer your Youthlink
text-heavy or photo-heavy?
CB:
Hmm ... I'd say text-heavy, because when
it has more text, it tends to be more informative
and, depending on what it is about, text
may be more appropriate. I also think it
should be text-heavy as I believe the aim
of the paper should be to inform the youth.
I think pictures only entertain.
